tie-dye party

WHAT IS TIE-DYE PARTY AND WHY IS IT OUR BIGGEST SELLER?

At the tie-dye party, the children get the opportunity to create colourful t-shirts designs using the age-old process of Shibori which is a Japanese manual ‘resist dyeing’ technique, which produces patterns on fabric.

We will give you your wet item in a Ziploc bag which has you kids name written on it. Please remember to wash with detergent when you get home.

EXTRA INFORMATION

We supply all materials required for the party, all we require are the t-shirt sizes for the kids attending.

We ask all the guest to please wear dark clothes as there will be splashes of dye on their clothing. Dye is permanent and will not come out even when washed.

We also advise parents that the kids will get their hands stained by the dye (unfortunately, we don’t have gloves that fit those cute little hands) but don’t worry, the dye is not permanent on the skin, our dye is non-toxic and very safe to use.

AFTER THE PARTY

After the party, your kids can take home their t-shirts in a ziploc bag. We ask the parents to follow these instructions below:
