Terms and Conditions for Workshops and Classes

These terms and conditions are for classes of any kind at Luchi & Ota, 62 Edgware Way, HA8 8JS, either in person, online or by telephone.

Please note that these terms and conditions can change at any time and it is your responsibility to check them before you make your booking.
Should you not agree to the terms and conditions set out below, you should not make your booking. Should you have any queries about the terms and conditions then please contact Luchi & Ota on 0208 958 7714 before confirming your booking.

Booking Procedure

Booking can be made online, in the shop or over the telephone. We require full payment before the commencement of any class. We do not reserve spaces as classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis

Booking Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your party, the following applies:

  • Cancellations with 14+ days’ notice will receive a full refund less 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations with 7 – 14 days’ notice will receive 50% of payment made
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days, you can transfer your booking to another available date as long as there is space. There will be no refund. Your transfer rights expire after 3 months

Class Cancellation

We can cancel classes if we do not achieve the minimum number to run the class. This cancellation can be done with 48hrs. You will be given a full refund.

  • Cancellations with 14+ days’ notice will receive a full refund less 25% cancellation fee.
